  • Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
    • If you notice a mistake on your order, ie your address was typed wrong on your custom address stamp, please send an email as soon as possible to hello@yellowbess.com and we will try our best to catch the issue before production. If you order has been started, we can chat over email about possible corrections. 
  • Can I cancel my order?
    • Custom orders can not be canceled. If a non-custom order was placed it can be canceled. If item has already shipped customer is responsible to return the item in its original condition and packing to the address below. A refund will be started once the return has been completed. 
  • How Long does it take to make my order?
    • Each order is one of a kind and will be made in 3 to 5 business days. Large custom orders may take longer.
    • Please email Hello@YellowBess.com if you need something fast.
  • When will my order ship?
    • All Packages will ship in a ready to gift box with no invoice, we like to save some trees.
    • All Items will ship Free* with USPS or UPS mail.
  • Will I receive tracking information?
    • Once your order is packaged and ready to ship, an email with a tracking number will be sent to then email on your order.
  • Does YellowBess except exchanges?
    • Customized items may not be exchanged. 
    • Non customized items may be exchanged. Customer is responsible for returning existing item. Once that had been received, the new item will be shipped to the address on the original order.
  • Does YellowBess except returns?
    • Please connect Hello@YellowBess.com within 3 business days of received order.
    • Non customized items can be retuned in new condition, client is responsible for return shipping fees.
    • Item must be returned in original packing within 7 business days after email conversation
